SOFTWARE DELIVERY AND DEPLOYMENT POLICY

This Software Delivery and Deployment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery, deployment, and implementation of software products and services offered by Tabsyst Enterprise Solutions LLP ("Tabsyst," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our software products or services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. SOFTWARE DELIVERY METHODS
2.1 Digital Delivery
Our software products are primarily delivered through the following methods:
- Direct Download: Access to installation files through our secure customer portal
- Email Delivery: License keys and access credentials sent to your registered email address
- Cloud-Based Access: Credentials to access our cloud-hosted solutions
- Remote Installation: Software deployed remotely by our technical team on your systems
2.2 Physical Media (Upon Request)
For customers who require physical media:
- Software can be provided on USB drives or other appropriate media upon request
- Additional charges may apply for physical media and shipping

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
3.1 Standard Software Products
- Digital Downloads: Access typically provisioned within 24 hours after payment confirmation
- License Keys: Delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation
- Physical Media (when requested): Shipped within 3-5 business days
3.2 Custom Software Solutions
For custom software development:
- Delivery timeframes are specified in your Statement of Work or project plan
- Milestone deliveries will follow the schedule outlined in your project documentation
- Final deployment timing depends on project complexity and client readiness
4. SOFTWARE ACTIVATION AND ACCESS
4.1 License Key Activation
For license-based software:
- License keys must be activated within 90 days of purchase
- Activation instructions are provided with the license key delivery
- Technical support is available for activation assistance
4.2 User Account Setup
For cloud and subscription services:
- Administrator accounts are typically set up within 24 hours of purchase
- Initial login credentials will be sent to your designated administrator email
- Password reset and security protocols will be enforced during first login
5. IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
5.1 Remote Implementation
For software requiring implementation services:
- Implementation kickoff typically occurs within 10 business days of purchase
- A project manager will contact you to schedule implementation activities
- Remote implementation is conducted via secure connection to your systems
5.2 On-Site Implementation
When on-site implementation is required:
- On-site visits will be scheduled at mutually agreeable times

6. DATA MIGRATION

6.2 Data Security During Migration
During data migration:

7. TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

9. DEPLOYMENT TO PRODUCTION

- Production deployment will occur only after acceptance testing is complete

9.2 Go-Live Support

10. HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
10.1 Client Responsibilities

- You are responsible for providing hardware that meets our specified requirements
- Hardware specifications will be provided during the sales process
- System compatibility checks may be performed before deployment
- Hardware that does not meet requirements may impact performance and support
